SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are sent out 1-3 business days from date of purchase. We use USPS first class unless another shipping method is selected by the customer. All shipments include a tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

You may return any unopened items within 14 days from the date received by customer. You are always welcome to exchange a trach tie if you order the wrong size.

PAYMENT METHOD

We currently accept Visa, Visa Debt, Master Card and Payapal for all purchases.
